A leader who listens.

DISTRICT 3A DESERVES A LEADER WHO LISTENS.

Local concerns should matter at the Capitol.

Leadership should be present and accessible.

Progress happens when leaders listen first and work together.

That’s the approach I bring.

Aaron Kania Candidate for MN House | District 3A

I’m running to represent District 3A with steady, practical leadership — focused on listening, showing up consistently, and getting real results for our communities.

I've put down deep roots here, and I care deeply about the people and communities that make this place home — and about the land that we share.

I believe effective leadership starts with listening. Whether it’s at a local event, a school function, or a conversation over coffee, I value hearing different perspectives and understanding what matters most to my neighbors.

Priorities

These priorities come directly from conversations I’ve had with people across District 3A, and they’ll guide the work I focus on first.

LAND & RESOURCES

Protect & Utilize Our Land

The foundation of our economy is our land. I will support forestry, tourism, and the responsible use of minerals while ensuring these industries do not threaten our woods, waters, or wilderness. Transparency is the key to success when priorities come into conflict.

COSTS & SERVICES

Make Life More Affordable

The skyrocketing cost of living is hurting all of us. We should keep more of our tax revenue in the Northland, fully fund our schools, and support rural healthcare while keeping the cap on prescription drug prices.

UNITY & RESULTS

Leadership for the Northland

We need our voices heard in St. Paul. District 3A needs a bipartisan representative at the Capitol. I have decades of experience bringing people together across parties and communities to fight natural disasters, keep us safe, and deliver real results.
